Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Operalyze ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Operalyze provides tools for quotes, invoices, payment reminders, client review requests, business websites and analytics. Features may vary by subscription plan. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout.
• The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, billing starts at the then-current Pro price unless you cancel.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy communicated at purchase or as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of data and content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Clarivoc LLC a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients, including for emails, SMS and review requests sent through Operalyze.

6. Intellectual property

Operalyze, its software, branding, documentation and website content are owned by Clarivoc LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service during an active subscription.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Operalyze is a business tool and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clarivoc LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarivoc LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate.
